However, the content and scope of specific services may be added, changed, or excluded.

   • Reservation application and details check for on/offline experience programs provided by PLANIT

2. PLANIT may change the contents of the service specified in Paragraph 1 at any time, and is not responsible for any problems arising from this.
3. In order to provide better service, PLANIT may display various information on the service screen or send via SMS to users, including various notices related to the use of services, management messages, and other promotions. However, promotion information is sent only if the user has consented to receive it in advance.

Article 6 (Suspension and Change of Service) 1. PLANIT may change all or part of the services it provides according to operational and technical needs. In this case, the reason for the change, the contents of the service to be changed, and the date of provision will be posted on the initial screen of the service before the change.
2. PLANIT may modify, suspend, or change some or all of the services provided free of charge as necessary for PLANIT's policies and operation, and does not provide separate compensation to users unless otherwise specified in relevant laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Service Use and Restrictions) 1. However, in the following cases, PLANIT may not approve the user’s application.

3. ③ When an applicant does not use the real name or use the name of others when applying for use
4. ④ When an applicant does not enter necessary information or enter false information when applying for use
5. ⑤ When a child under the age of 14 does not obtain the consent of the legal representative
6. ⑥ In case of interfering with other people's use of the service or stealing the information
7. ⑦ When an application for use is made for illegal or unfair purposes (including "when a person who is in a competitive relationship with the service provided by the company applies for use")
8. ⑧ When an application is in violation of these terms

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection) 1. PLANIT may collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide services, and in addition, it may reveal the purpose of collection or use and collect information from users. In this case, PLANIT receives consent from the user for information collection, and the user can withdraw the consent according to the form provided by PLANIT even after consenting to the provision of information.
2. Relevant laws and PLANIT private policy apply to the collection, protection and use of the user personal information. However, this content does not apply to linked sites other than PLANIT's website.
3. 2. Using the service or accessing the system in an abnormal way without following the service guide provided by PLANIT is prohibited.

Article 13 (Liability Limitation) 1. PLANIT is not responsible for any damages arising from the user's inadequate entry of personal information such as mobile number and email, or failure to provide the information required to be provided in accordance with these terms.

Article 14 (Disclaimer) 1. PLANIT is not responsible for any damages incurred to users if the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters, wars, or other reasons recognized as force majeure.
2. PLANIT does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of opinions, information, and data posted by users or third parties and other related organizations, and is not responsible for any damages caused by users' trust in such information.
3. PLANIT is not responsible for compensation for the reasons attributable to the user or for economic or mental damage caused by disputes between users.

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution) 1. PLANIT handles complaints and opinions submitted by users first.
However, if prompt processing is difficult, the reason and processing schedule will be immediately notified to the user.

Article 16 (Trial and Governing Law) 1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between PLANIT and members are governed by the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Korean law applies to lawsuits filed between PLANIT and users.

Article 1 (Effective Date) These terms will be effective from March 1, 2021.
