the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection,
and other relevant laws and regulations on personal information protection in order to protect
the valuable personal information of users (hereinafter, “data subjects”) so that data subjects can use services safely.
Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you of the purposes and methods for which personal information provided by
data subjects is used and the measures taken to protect such information. This Privacy Policy applies to services
provided within the PLANIT website (hereinafter, the “Service”).
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Within the scope permitted by relevant laws and regulations, the Company collects and uses personal information
for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. PLANIT may use collected personal information for the following purposes,

PLANIT retains and uses personal information from the time it is collected until the purpose of collection
and use has been achieved. Once the purpose has been achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
PLANIT destroys personal information without delay when a data subject withdraws consent for service use
or when the purpose of collection has been achieved.
Even if the retention period consented to by the data subject has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved,
where personal information must continue to be retained under other laws, such information will be safely stored and used
only within that purpose. Retention periods are as follows:

and destroys it upon approval by the person responsible for personal information destruction.

is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal information stored in electronic file form
is destroyed using technical methods that prevent restoration.
7. Rights of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise
Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against PLANIT at any time:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction in case of errors, etc.
- Request deletion of personal information
- Request suspension of processing of personal information
Requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information may be made in writing,
by phone, or by email, and PLANIT will take action without delay.
Such rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent of the data subject.
In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed by Appendix No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, PLANIT will not use or provide the relevant personal information
until the correction or deletion is completed.
8. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
PLANIT uses cookies and sessions, which store and retrieve user information from time to time, in order to provide useful services.

and stored on the hard disk of the data subject’s computer.

- Sessions refer to the storage of data subject information on the server while the data subject is connected to the website.

In this case, the minimum personal information collected for statistics and prize delivery will be destroyed after prize delivery/return
(one month after completion).
