Service Terms Agreement (Required) *
Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between PLANIT147 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of services provided on the PLANIT147 website (https://planit147.com).

Article 2 (Definitions)
  1. 1. “Service” means all services posted and provided by the Company on its website, including product inquiries and reservation applications.
  2. 2. “Website” refers to the PLANIT147 webpage (https://planit147.com), where services are implemented online in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “PLANIT.”
  3. 3. “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms in the individual service menu of PLANIT, enters information in the form provided by the Company, and applies for a product purchase consultation or reservation.
Article 3 (Posting, Explanation, and Amendment of the Terms)
  1. 1. PLANIT posts the contents of these Terms, telephone number, email address, and other relevant information in a place easily accessible to users on the front page of the website. However, the Terms may also be posted via a linked page so that users can review them.
  2. 2. PLANIT may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations. If PLANIT amends these Terms, it will, in principle, notify users of the amended contents and effective date at least 15 days prior to the effective date through the service notice board. However, if the amendment is disadvantageous to users, PLANIT will provide individual notice to the email address or mobile phone number provided by the user at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
Article 4 (Application of the Terms)
  1. 1. PLANIT may establish separate terms of use and operational policies for individual services on the website (hereinafter, “Individual Service Terms, etc.”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Service Terms, the latter shall prevail.
  2. 2. Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation thereof shall be governed by the Individual Service Terms and relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Chapter 2 Use of Services Article 5 (Provision of Services)
  1. 1. PLANIT provides the following services on the website. However, the detailed contents and scope of the services may be added, changed, or excluded.
    • ① Product purchase consultation request service
      • Inquiries regarding product launches, purchase orders, and contracts posted on the PLANIT website
    • ② Reservation service
      • Reservation applications and history checks for online/offline experience programs provided by PLANIT
      • Consultation reservation applications and history checks for services provided by PLANIT
  2. 2. PLANIT may change the content of the services described in Paragraph 1 at any time and shall bear no responsibility for any issues arising therefrom.
  3. 3. To provide better services, PLANIT may display or send various notices, management messages, or other information related to the use of the service on the service screen or by text message. However, advertising information shall be sent only when prior consent has been obtained.
Article 6 (Suspension and Change of Services)
  1. 1. PLANIT may change all or part of the services being provided due to operational or technical needs. In such cases, the reason for the change, the content of the changed service, and the effective date shall be posted on the initial service screen before the change takes effect.
  2. 2. PLANIT may modify, suspend, or change part or all of the services provided free of charge according to its policies and operational needs, and, unless otherwise provided by relevant laws, shall not compensate users separately.
Article 7 (Use and Restriction of Services)
  1. 1. Users are deemed to have applied for use of the service when they complete mobile phone identity verification, agree to these Terms, and enter information in the form provided by PLANIT. Users may use the service once PLANIT approves the application.
    However, PLANIT may refuse approval in the following cases:
    • ① If the applicant has previously lost membership status for violating these Terms (except where re-registration has been approved by the Company)
    • ② If the applicant has previously been subject to restrictions for violating these Terms, terminated the agreement, and then reapplied
    • ③ If the application is made under a false name or another person’s name
    • ④ If required information is omitted or false information is entered
    • ⑤ If a child under the age of 14 applies without obtaining consent from a legal guardian
    • ⑥ If the applicant interferes with another person’s use of the service or steals their information
    • ⑦ If the application is made for unlawful or improper purposes (including applications made by those in competition with the Company’s services)
    • ⑧ If the application violates these Terms
Chapter 3 Protection and Management of Member Information Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
  1. 1. PLANIT may collect the minimum personal information necessary to provide services and may also collect additional information from users for disclosed collection or use purposes. In such cases, PLANIT will obtain consent from users, and users may withdraw such consent at any time through the form provided by PLANIT.
  2. 2. The collection, protection, and use of users’ personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and PLANIT’s Privacy Policy. However, this does not apply to external linked sites outside the PLANIT website.
  3. 3. Except where disclosure is permitted under relevant laws, PLANIT shall not use collected information beyond the purpose consented to by the user or provide it to third parties without the user’s consent.
Article 9 (Obligations of PLANIT)
  1. 1. PLANIT shall not engage in any act prohibited by laws or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide goods and services continuously and stably as prescribed by these Terms.
  2. 2. PLANIT shall not send unsolicited commercial emails to users.
  3. 3. PLANIT shall establish a security system to protect users’ personal information so that users can use Internet services safely.
Chapter 4 Miscellaneous Article 10 (Relationship Between Linked and Linking Companies)
  1. 1. Where an upper-level site and a lower-level site are connected by hyperlink (including text, images, or moving images), the former shall be referred to as the “linking company” and the latter as the “linked company.”
  2. 2. If PLANIT clearly indicates on the initial screen or at the point of connection that it does not guarantee transactions conducted between users and a linked company through goods or services independently provided by the linked company, PLANIT shall not bear any guarantee responsibility for such transactions.
Article 11 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
  1. 1. Intellectual property rights and other rights related to services provided by PLANIT, including software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information, and trademarks, belong to the Company.
  2. 2. Except where expressly approved by the Company, users may not modify, lease, lend, sell, distribute, produce, transfer, sublicense, create security interests in, or commercially use all or part of the assets stated in Paragraph 1, nor allow any third party to do so.
Article 12 (Obligations of Users)
  1. 1. Users shall not engage in the following acts:
    • ① Registering false information or using another person’s information when making service reservations
    • ② Infringing intellectual property rights such as copyrights of PLANIT or third parties
    • ③ Damaging the reputation of PLANIT or third parties or interfering with their business
    • ④ Disclosing or posting obscene, violent, or otherwise immoral messages, images, audio, or information on PLANIT
  2. 2. Using the service in an abnormal manner or accessing the system without following the method of use provided by PLANIT is prohibited.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
  1. 1. PLANIT shall not be liable for damages arising from a user’s negligent entry of personal information such as mobile phone number or email address, or failure to provide information required under these Terms.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
  1. 1. PLANIT shall not be liable for damages incurred by users if services cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or other equivalent circumstances.
  2. 2. PLANIT does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of opinions, information, or materials posted by users, third parties, or related institutions, and shall not be liable for damages resulting from users relying on them.
  3. 3. PLANIT shall not be liable for economic or mental damages caused by users’ own fault or disputes between users.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)
  1. 1. PLANIT shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, PLANIT shall immediately notify the user of the reason and schedule.
Article 16 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
  1. 1. Lawsuits concerning disputes between PLANIT and users shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
  2. 2. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to lawsuits filed between PLANIT and users.
Supplementary Provisions Article 1 (Effective Date)

These Terms shall take effect on March 31, 2021.

Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement (Required) *

PLANIT147 (hereinafter, “PLANIT”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws and regulations on personal information protection in order to protect the valuable personal information of users (hereinafter, “data subjects”) so that data subjects can use services safely. Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you of the purposes and methods for which personal information provided by data subjects is used and the measures taken to protect such information. This Privacy Policy applies to services provided within the PLANIT website (hereinafter, the “Service”).

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Within the scope permitted by relevant laws and regulations, the Company collects and uses personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. PLANIT may use collected personal information for the following purposes, and where necessary, separate consent will be obtained from the data subject. The specific collection and use purposes are as follows:

  • Service provision: Reservation applications, qualification verification, reservation confirmation and notification, service provision, and information guidance by email or text message at each stage of service progress
  • Website user management: Identity verification according to service use, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by malicious users and unauthorized use, delivery of notices, smooth communication for service-related customer support, complaint handling, customer information management, statistics, and fulfillment of legal obligations
  • Marketing and advertising: Development of new services and content, delivery of advertising information such as service and event information, use for surveys and events, regular newsletter distribution, service provision and advertisement placement based on statistical characteristics, and statistics on service usage

PLANIT retains and uses personal information from the time it is collected until the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Once the purpose has been achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay. In addition, if the data subject explicitly requests deletion of any item, it will be destroyed without delay.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Personal information provided by data subjects shall not be used beyond the scope already notified or specified by PLANIT or provided to third parties without the consent of the data subject. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • Where special provisions exist in laws such as the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, or the Criminal Procedure Act
  • Where personal information is provided in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for statistical purposes, academic research, or market research pursuant to legal provisions

PLANIT outsources the following tasks related to personal information processing and stipulates necessary matters in accordance with relevant laws so that personal information may be managed safely under outsourcing contracts.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

PLANIT destroys personal information without delay when a data subject withdraws consent for service use or when the purpose of collection has been achieved.

Even if the retention period consented to by the data subject has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, where personal information must continue to be retained under other laws, such information will be safely stored and used only within that purpose. Retention periods are as follows:

  • Where laws separately prescribe a retention and use period (not limited to the following)

6. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

The procedures and methods for destruction of personal information are as follows:

  • Destruction procedure: PLANIT selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has arisen and destroys it upon approval by the person responsible for personal information destruction.
  • Destruction method: Personal information recorded or stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal information stored in electronic file form is destroyed using technical methods that prevent restoration.
7. Rights of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise

Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against PLANIT at any time:

  • Request access to personal information
  • Request correction in case of errors, etc.
  • Request deletion of personal information
  • Request suspension of processing of personal information

Requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information may be made in writing, by phone, or by email, and PLANIT will take action without delay. Such rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent of the data subject. In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed by Appendix No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted. If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, PLANIT will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

8. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

PLANIT uses cookies and sessions, which store and retrieve user information from time to time, in order to provide useful services.

What are cookies?
Cookies are very small text files sent by the server used to operate the website to the data subject’s computer browser and stored on the hard disk of the data subject’s computer.
What are sessions?
Sessions refer to the storage of data subject information on the server while the data subject is connected to the website.
Purpose of use
Cookies and sessions support a faster web environment for data subjects and are used to improve services for convenient use. Cookies identify the data subject’s computer but do not personally identify the data subject. PLANIT does not send commercial advertising information against the explicit refusal of the data subject. PLANIT may conduct newsletters, service information notices, surveys, and events to provide better services through text messages or mailings, and provides an easy way to express refusal at the bottom of such communications. In this case, the minimum personal information collected for statistics and prize delivery will be destroyed after prize delivery/return (one month after completion).

  • Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
