the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection,
and related laws and guidelines on personal information protection in order to protect
the valuable personal information of users (hereinafter, “data subjects”)
so that they may use the service safely.
Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you of how the personal information provided by data subjects is used,
for what purposes, and what measures are taken to protect it.
This Privacy Policy applies to services provided within the PLANIT website (hereinafter, the “Service”).
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations,
the Company collects and uses personal information for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
PLANIT destroys personal information without delay when the data subject withdraws consent to service use
or when the purpose of collection has been fulfilled.
Even if the retention period agreed to by the data subject has expired or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled,
where personal information must continue to be retained under other laws,
such information will be safely stored and used only within the scope of that purpose.

and destroys it upon approval from the person responsible for personal information destruction.

is destroyed by shredding or incineration,
and personal information stored in electronic file form is destroyed
using technical methods that prevent restoration.

- Request correction if there are errors, etc.
- Request deletion of personal information
- Request suspension of processing of personal information
Requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information
may be made in writing, by telephone, or by email, and PLANIT will take action without delay.
These rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent of the data subject.
In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed by Appendix No. 11
of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
If the data subject requests correction or deletion due to errors in personal information,
PLANIT will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion has been completed.

PLANIT uses cookies and sessions, which store and retrieve users’ information from time to time,
in order to provide useful services.
